So, to simplify this task, I cleaned out my closet to make more room. I know this is such a brilliant idea that it has taken me how many years to figure it out? Five trash bags later (yes 5!!), I have room in my closet to put clothes away. As I mentioned, this is such a brilliant idea and I didn't want to wait it, so I did the same in Stacy, Michelle and Craig's closet. AMAZING! That task is SO much easier! Who'da thunk it? One down and so many more to go.
Moving on to the next: cooking. Although I love to cook, it was really hard to come home from work, make dinner, then clean up. Half of the time I would forget to put meat out to defrost and we would end up going out to eat in order to save time (especially on school nights). This is a challenge I am currently trying to tackle. My goal is to cook a healthy, quick, good tasting dinner at home 6 nights of the week. I am giving myself 2 weeks to get this task in line. At this moment I am 1 week into this challenge and so far so good.
I am with you I never put my laundry away either. I have baskets or areas in the laundry room... a catch all sock basket everyone gets clean socks there, a shelf for all boys jeans folded by size, all of Todds stays in the laundry always, he has two racks for clothes and his own undie and sock basket. I need to clean out and organize I always have good intentions but.... God luck sounds like you are really moving forward with your resolution!
